Return Policy

At Dechristiana Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure that every product purchased from us (physically and online) is authentic and in perfect condition. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund/return policy.

  1. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  3. Due to hygiene and authenticity reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned.

Refunds

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
  3. Please note that shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Exchanges

  1. We only replace items if they are incorrect upon arrival.
  2. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
